Simultaneously, on England's Riviera in Devon, the Torbay crew have mere minutes to locate a capsized kayaker before she is driven against the rocks. And in Dartmouth, an eighty-one-year-old sailor, swept overboard in the darkness of night, clings desperately to a rope for his life.
