Off the coast of Portrush, County Antrim, a crew races against time to rescue a boy who has found himself in peril after leaping from the rocks. A member of the crew volunteers to enter the water and bring him to safety. Meanwhile, on the Pembrokeshire coast, the lifeguards of Whitesands Beach collaborate with the St David lifeboat crew to rescue an unconscious person discovered in the sea.
