Following the discovery of Hudson Moore’s injuries aboard the Babes Being Bad bus, suspicion first fell upon the company's founder, Chris Drake. However, video footage redirected detectives to a young woman who had been with Moore on the night he died. Focusing their attention on her, investigators soon uncovered the motives behind Moore’s murder. McCoy and Rubirosa then faced the difficult task of prosecuting a man who, though not directly guilty of the crime, may have instigated the events that preceded it.
