The culmination of MasterChef 2018 has arrived: Finals Week. Only five cooks now stand between their dreams and the title. These finalists journey to Carlton Towers, a Victorian gothic estate nestled in the North Yorkshire countryside, home to the Fitzalan-Howard family. It is here, within its historic walls, that the five amateur chefs will prepare a meal for Lord and Lady Fitzalan-Howard. Their challenge: to cook for the hosts as they entertain a gathering of Yorkshire’s most esteemed local producers and farmers, including author and shepherdess Amanda Owen, rhubarb farmer Robert Tomlinson, and Simon Eyles, Managing Director of Yorkshire tearooms Bettys.
