Four amateur cooks set off on a culinary journey to South Africa, where they confront three remarkable challenges under the guidance of two of the nation's most celebrated chefs. Their initial task involves preparing a traditional South African 'braai,' employing ingredients and techniques unfamiliar to them, all while working in the intense heat. Chef Reuben Riffel mentors them, crafting the menu alongside them. Subsequently, the amateur cooks have the privilege of collaborating with British-born chef Luke Dale Roberts.
