The temperature rises over the following two nights as the twelve remaining contestants are divided into two groups and given their first experience of a professional kitchen: they must manage a full lunchtime service. In this episode, the first group travels to Eneko in Covent Garden, London. This is the second restaurant from Spanish chef Eneko Atxa, specializing in Basque cuisine and overseen by head chef Javi Blanco, who played a key role in its launch in 2016. During the hectic lunch service, the six amateur cooks bear complete responsibility for serving the restaurant's menu to paying guests.
