The MasterChef semi-finals proceed with the competition's final eight cooks traveling to RAF Halton in Aylesbury to commemorate the centenary of the Royal Air Force. The semi-finalists are divided into two teams of four, tasked with the considerable challenge of operating fully equipped kitchens within specially erected catering tents. Each team must prepare two main courses and a dessert to provide a celebratory lunch for 120 veterans, airmen, and new recruits.
