Michael contemplates a formal name change. Carly visits him for Thanksgiving, offering well wishes, but he desires her departure, leading to a heated argument. He remains resolute in his decision to alter his name. Sonny is brought to the interview room to see Duke, who assures him he did not betray him. Sonny explains his guilty plea was for Carly's sake as much as his own. Duke expresses gratitude after Sonny affirms his freedom. Sonny asks Duke to assume control of the business, but Duke suggests he consult Shawn; Sonny insists on Duke's leadership. After Duke departs, Carly arrives to see Sonny. Anna reviews the reports concerning Faison’s death as Alexis appears and petitions for Julian’s release. Anna ultimately agrees to sign the necessary documents. Sloane arrives, once again clashing with Anna over Faison. Duke later visits Anna. Upon his release, Julian insists on visiting Luke with Alexis. Patrick seeks out Sam regarding the investigation, and she admits she's spending Thanksgiving alone with Danny. Patrick invites them both to join Elizabeth. Luke awakens in a padded room at Miscavige, finding Helena present. He dismisses her as a hallucination. Julian and Alexis arrive to see him; Julian explains Luke has been there for nearly a year. Alexis confronts Helena. She enters Luke’s room and is profoundly shocked by what she witnesses. Jason experiences a nightmare. A knock echoes at the door, and Jason finds himself face-to-face with Helena.
