Silas and Nathan arrived at the hospital seeking Madelaine. Ava began experiencing contractions after being drugged by Nina. Moments later, she delivered a baby daughter. Meanwhile, Carly tried to convince Michael that he had misheard, as Franco replayed the recording. Fury burned in Carly as she glared at Franco. Heather returned, a gun in her hand, and revealed she had been the one to shoot Max. Shawn desperately tried to dissuade her from harming Jordan, appealing to her maternal instincts.
