Dante and the police found Michael at the Corinthos compound, a gun in his possession. He concealed the weapon, and learned that their presence was connected to Max’s shooting. Michael recounted to Dante how Franco had revealed Carly and Sonny's affair. Dante assured him he would seek justice for AJ, after Michael confessed Sonny's role in his death. Carly was enraged with Franco, blaming him for directing his resentment at her by harming Michael. Franco defended his actions as a response to the pain Carly had inflicted upon him. Feeling liberated from Franco’s influence, Carly declared she never wished to see him again. Scott and Bobbie intervened, preventing Franco from pursuing her. Kiki left Michael a voicemail, urging him not to act impulsively. Heather brandished a gun at Kiki, but she fled the scene. As Carly arrived, Heather emerged into the open, aiming the weapon at her.
