A series of shootings in Central Park, perpetrated by a murderer, draws Briscoe and his newly assigned partner, Detective Eddie Green, into an investigation to uncover the weapon's source. Meanwhile, McCoy dedicates himself to bringing the killer to justice, and to holding accountable the manufacturer of the firearm used in the crimes.
