In Las Vegas, Tyler Florence greets the competing teams and presents them with a culinary challenge centered around a Vegas staple: shrimp. Each food truck must devise a unique, signature shrimp dish for sale on Fremont Street. The team generating the highest revenue earns a coveted prime parking space for the following day. Subsequently, Tyler Florence and Las Vegas restaurateur Elizabeth Blau offer invaluable business and culinary guidance to the teams. They then test their creations on the city's streets, where the least profitable truck faces elimination.
