The final three food truck teams arrive at an orchard in Athens, Georgia, and are greeted by Tyler Florence and local chef Mimi Maumus. Their first challenge requires them to create a savory dish incorporating both the ingredients at hand and the abundant peaches. The victors earn the power to temporarily halt the operations of their competitors for a full hour during the selling period. But as they shop for ingredients, Tyler presents an unexpected twist: they must devise an entirely new menu on the spot. The team with the poorest sales will be eliminated from the competition.
