On the celebrated course of Harbour Town Golf Links in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, eight food truck teams find themselves met by Tyler Florence on the 18th green. There, a putting contest awaits, accompanied by the task of offering authentic Carolina barbecue. Following this initial challenge, the teams journey to Shelter Cove for two days of direct sales to both locals and visitors. Florence complicates matters with a new proposition: a challenge centered around the quintessential South Carolina snack – boiled peanuts.
