In Pentonville, Sabrina visits Carlos, where he inquires about the baby. Meanwhile, Ava worries about the potential repercussions of Luke's actions on her family. After a phone call from Michael, she offers justifications for not having killed him, then outlines a new plan she has devised. Silas urges Franco to persuade Nina to resume physical therapy.
Nina finds Britt in an examination room and confides in her about having been intimate with Silas repeatedly over the preceding hours. Britt agrees to conduct tests to determine if pregnancy is possible. She then recounts the circumstances surrounding a previous birth. Britt reveals to Nina that she is unexpectedly pregnant, causing Nina to rise abruptly. It becomes clear that Nina had been daydreaming; Britt clarifies that the tests indicate she has begun menopause.
Later, Nina encounters Ava. Nikolas tells Elizabeth that he relayed to Britt that he still harbors feelings for her. He attempts to kiss Elizabeth, but she recoils. Confused, he is reminded of his near encounter with Britt and they become caught in a frustrating exchange. Lulu explains to Dante that she and Maxie are being held in an unfamiliar house.
Dante shares his findings regarding Levi and tries to trace the call. Levi appears, snatches the phone, and Dante attempts to negotiate with him. Eventually, Dante and the police arrive outside the location from which the call originated.
