Franco approaches, accepting responsibility for something and then kissing Liesl, affirming that Nina is one of his most dedicated patients. An unexpected elevator malfunction confines Franco and Nina together. Meanwhile, Lucas, Brad, and Felix conspire to gather the group, each harboring thoughts of a potential encounter. Sonny’s mind drifts to Carly, and Milo joins him, admitting his struggles since leaving for his personal training career. Sonny offers him his old position back. A phone call interrupts Milo, forcing him to leave to deliver a pizza to Carly. Britt disrupts Elizabeth and Nikolas's date, resulting in Elizabeth inadvertently spilling a drink on her.
