In 1881, on the eve of British colonization of Egypt, a true story emerges about the Abd el-Rasuls, a leading family from Upper Egypt. They become embroiled in a web of intrigue after stealing artifacts from the newly discovered tomb DB320 near Kurna and selling them on the black market. Internal conflict within the family leads one member to a critical decision when the Antiquities Service unexpectedly arrives.
