Following Admiral Rizzo's treachery and Hayrettin's demise, Mehmed plots vengeance, driving Rizzo into exile within the Pontus Greek Empire. The empire now faces a difficult choice: surrender Rizzo to the Ottomans or risk incurring their fury. Rizzo himself is also marked for retribution by Çandarlı, who blames him for his nephew’s death.
