From the National Botanic Garden of Wales in Carmarthen, Eric Knowles presides over the auction. Guiding the participants are Kate Bliss and Ben Cooper, who are tasked with selecting three items from a budget of £300 – hoping each will yield a profit at the sale in Cardiff. Knowles also journeys to Nantgarw China Works in south Wales, a factory renowned for producing some of the world's most exquisite porcelain.
