Having grown unexpectedly fond of the Future SHO, Junnosuke called off the operation. They failed to deliver Fumino to their patron by the close of Cumming-Of-Age Day. Ashamed of the disruption he had caused, he resigned from the Future SHO and returned to the NLNS base without a plan. His benefactor issued a final warning: "Should you fail to deliver Fumino again, all support will cease." The Future SHO then began circulating posters depicting Junnosuke's anatomy throughout the city. Overwhelmed by guilt, he convinced himself he was responsible for everything.
