Chef José Andrés joins us to speak about his philanthropic endeavors in Puerto Rico, his provision of meals for federal employees, and his exchanges with the President on Twitter. A Spanish-American chef with a global portfolio of restaurants, Andrés founded World Central Kitchen, a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering sustenance in the aftermath of natural disasters. His work in Puerto Rico earned him the distinction of Humanitarian of the Year from the James Beard Foundation in 2018.
