The final morning of the Jeju Island training camp dawned bright. The members participated in their first open water swim, venturing into the natural pool at Panpo Port. Under the guidance of Heo Min Ho, Korea’s first triathlon champion, they received specialized instruction in open water swimming, and a promising new swimmer began to emerge. Following the swim, the team undertook a 5km run, striving to surpass their previous times. More to come!
