Описание:
Anthony Scott returns from the Philippines, where he studied martial arts, to start college in the U.S. He promised his master he wouldn't fight, but soon finds himself targeted by the Tigers, a local gang led by the bully Dick. Despite being constantly provoked, Anthony stays true to his vow of fair play. However, when Dick resorts to dirty tricks, Anthony uses his powerful Dragon Strike to win their fight. Humiliated and fueled by anger, Dick seeks revenge through Mark Sanders, the Tigers' leader, leading to a final confrontation between the two gangs.
