Я шагаю по Москве (1964)

In Moscow, a brief meeting between a tired worker and an aspiring writer unexpectedly changes their lives. Volodya, a young writer wanting to experience real life, befriends Kolya during a quick visit to the city. While exploring Moscow together, they meet Kolya's friend Sasha, who desperately needs help avoiding his required military service so he can marry the woman he loves. Set against the backdrop of a transforming Soviet Union, the story examines the strength of friendship and loyalty, and the challenges young people face trying to reconcile their own wishes with what society expects of them.
