Описание:
After World War II, a peaceful French village is divided between those who supported Marshal Pétain's regime and those who followed the Communist Party. The village bar owner, who writes poetry, just wants to keep his business and find peace. But the Communist authorities, determined to eliminate any remaining Pétain supporters, target him. He’s caught in their conflict and must fight back against their harassment, navigating difficult politics and his own beliefs while protecting his life and pride. This story shows the challenges of rebuilding after war and how people find strength during ideological struggles.
