In Tiger Bay, Cardiff, this intense drama centers on Gillie, a lively street kid whose life changes when she witnesses a foreign sailor murder a young woman. Instead of reporting the crime, Gillie takes the sailor's black revolver as a souvenir. Detective Graham investigates the murder and discovers Gillie has the murder weapon. This leads to a tense chase as Gillie, driven by fear, lies to protect her secret from Graham’s determined investigation. The film explores themes of lost innocence, survival, and the complexities of human behavior in a world where right and wrong are blurred and loyalty is tested.
