ICAC Investigator William Luk and JFIU Chief Inspector Lau Po-keung both find themselves blocked in their investigation of a bribery and money laundering scheme. Simultaneously, Luk is suspended after model Eva Ng reports him to the ICAC for allegedly accepting a $12 million bribe. Lau discovers Luk was framed, and the person responsible is linked to his own case. He suspects bank manager Thomson Yau is helping gangster Wong Hoi-wo launder money. Crucially, intelligence from Director Hong Liang of China’s ACBB reveals the money laundering is connected to a corrupt Vice-Ministerial Level official. To prove his innocence, William Luk risks everything.
