In the late 1800s, Texas Ranger Dusty Rivers travels to the harsh Canadian wilderness to capture Jacques Corbeau, wanted for murder. Dusty’s pursuit becomes intertwined with the Riel Rebellion, a conflict led by the Métis and Native people seeking independence. He meets nurse April Logan, whose personal relationships complicate the already tense situation. April's brother is connected to Corbeau's daughter, Louvette, creating further conflict as the rebellion escalates. Determined to find Corbeau and win April’s affection, Dusty continues his mission amidst the battles between rebels and Mounties.
