This funny and relatable film centers on Juanjo, a middle-aged man whose confidence is shaken by his wife's focus on looks and his own baldness. His friend Sebas faces a similar problem, choosing to pursue a hair transplant to combat aging. To pay for these procedures, Juanjo and Sebas find themselves in financial difficulties, leading them to Turkey. There, they meet Rayco, a young reggaeton singer also struggling with hair loss. The three men join together in Istanbul for their surgeries, hoping for happiness through physical changes. But the lighthearted comedy takes an unexpected turn as they begin to question whether true happiness and self-worth lie beyond appearances.
