Описание:
On a bleak winter day, Jacob and his sister Marie are left alone in the woods by their unemployed father. He leaves behind a letter from their mother, directing them to her brother in Spain. There, they discover their uncle has passed away. Marie meets Diego, a handsome Spanish surgeon, and falls in love. Diego lives with his ill and controlling sister, Teresa. To Jacob's surprise, Marie wants to marry Diego. Even after the wedding, jealous Jacob tries to separate his sister from Diego. When he fails, Jacob begins to antagonize his brother-in-law, and soon, consequences follow for everyone involved.
