Tom's beach day starts with an embarrassing accident when his swimsuit gets caught in the beach house door during a dive. He dives back into the ocean, only to find himself waist-deep in sand, surrounded by broken glass and trash, having misjudged the water level.Trying to impress a girl on the beach, Tom's clumsy attempts at flirting backfire. He drains her soda, eats her hot dog, and rests his head in her lap with food in his mouth, much to her irritation. Things worsen when she throws a tomato and a banana peel at him. The thrower is Jerry, who's been secretly eating her snacks and tossing the trash.Throughout the day, Tom struggles through a series of chaotic situations while trying to win the girl's affection and avoid further embarrassment, all played out against a beautiful beach backdrop.
