Mickey, an eccentric scientist, creates a peculiar potion in his lab. He tests it on creatures facing typical predator-prey situations: a fly in a spiderweb, a mouse chased by a cat, the cat pursued by Pluto, and Pluto pursued by dogcatcher Pegleg Pete. Instead of being harmed, each underdog unexpectedly turns the tables on their tormentor, sparking a hilarious chain reaction of chaos.
