McBain (1991)

Amidst political unrest in Colombia, Santos bravely fights against tyranny, striving for his people's freedom. His revolt tragically ends with his death, but his spirit endures through his sister Christina. She travels to New York seeking justice, finding help in McBain, an old friend from their time in Vietnam whom Santos had once saved. Bound by gratitude and a shared purpose, McBain agrees to continue Santos' fight. He gathers fellow veterans, funding their efforts through risky missions, and ultimately leading the charge to overthrow the oppressive Colombian government.
