In Spain, a few days before five sons are set to marry in a joint ceremony, the lives of their mothers become interwoven. Judge Helena officiates the wedding; Magda, a hotel entrepreneur, manages guest accommodations and the banquet while navigating a strike led by her chef and lover. Nuria struggles with her personal challenges; Reyes develops feelings for her son's partner’s father and gardener; and Ofelia, an Argentine cook, deals with financial difficulties and complications involving her son’s partner. Over three days, the mothers grapple with complicated relationships involving their sons, partners, ex-husbands, and employees.
