Inside a Brazilian women's prison, young inmates struggle to survive under a cruel warden and her guards. Stripped of basic necessities, the women navigate a world of deception, power plays, and forbidden relationships while trying to smuggle contraband. The warden exploits them further by trafficking them to wealthy clients. With Carnival approaching, three prisoners, aided by the prison nurse, escape. Their freedom is fragile as they face the question of whether they can overcome their own weaknesses and build a new life, or if their flaws will lead to their downfall. This film examines survival, exploitation, and the impact of circumstance in a harsh environment.
