Three women, deeply devoted to spiritual practice, are nearing the end of a month-long meditation intended to help them overcome their animal instincts and become more human. Near their secluded location, they discover a village where women worship a fertility god. Drawn by curiosity and desire, one woman enters the temple and begins to experience forbidden thoughts, which significantly impacts her journey. Their peaceful lives are disrupted when they meet a visiting scholar who becomes involved with all three of them. As each woman develops feelings for him, they give in to their desires and invite him into their lives. This initial connection turns dark as demonic forces are unleashed, endangering their transformation and survival. This spiritual journey tests the women as they grapple with inner struggles and external threats to their quest for humanity. Facing a desperate situation, they must seek help from unlikely allies to find redemption.
