Армагедон (1977)

Carrier, a poor repairman, inherits a large fortune after his brother's death. Suddenly wealthy, Carrier becomes obsessed with fame and making a significant impact. He takes on the name "Armaguedon" and begins a dangerous campaign of aggression, targeting law enforcement and government.An experienced Interpol detective is assigned to stop Carrier. The investigation leads to a confrontation planned at an international conference in Paris. The detective has set a trap, and Carrier's final actions at the conference will decide whether his destructive actions succeed or fail.
